Editor's Note

Stephanie Stroud

It’s April, and that means that landscapes are coming alive with color, fragrance, and new life. It also means that it is World Landscape Architecture Month, or WLAM, and there are many ways for you and your fellow landscape architecture mates to participate. ASLA has this sign that you can take to landscape architect-designed space and proudly hashtag your support. You can register for (PARK)ing Day (see announcement below), and start designing a mini-park that will blow the minds of unsuspecting passersby. You may be attending the design charrette in Kendall, WA and helping a community build a trail. Whatever it is that you are planning to do to celebrate WLAM, I hope to hear about it. Snap some pictures and/or drop me a line at [email protected]. The more landscape architects in action, the better the environment is for all!
