Public Relations Committee Chair Message
As your new WASLA Public Relations Committee Chair, I am super eager to kick off the New Year! Janurary 29th, we’ll be holding our first meet-up at Brouwer’s Café in Fremont at 6:00pm. This first meeting will be an overview of where the PR Committee has been, what we embody, and where we want to see the Committee going in the future. Some of the discussion items will include:
The New Year often presents new beginnings, fresh starts, challenging goals, and adversity. I believe this year the WASLA PR Committee will experience all of these things. I am excited about overseeing this committee but understand it will require a lot of service from passionate individuals. WE NEED YOU! Are you interested in the opportunity to advocate, rally, and bring awareness to WASLA and landscape architecture in our neighborhoods, cities, and State? What are you excited about within the profession and where are you interested in contributing your thoughts, hopes, and time?
