Linda Ashby is recent transplant from the DC area, where she graduated with her Masters in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech and worked for the Landscape Architecture Foundation as a Programs Manager for the Case Study Investigation (CSI) program. With her specialty in research and its applicability to the landscape, she made the perfect program lead for our conference. In that role, Linda actively recruited notable landscape architects to submit proposals, helped the committee vet and organize the sessions into tracks, and coordinated with speakers on room needs and photos for our program. She did this all while also assisting with the CELA Conference and serving on their Board of Directors. She is truly an asset to our organization and for that she is the subject of our member spotlight this month. Thank you, Linda!
