We would like to invite you to be our guest for an informative tour of our Maryland factories, and a day of sightseeing
in Washington, DC and Annapolis, MD!
On the factory tour you will learn about our:
- Production processes that use the same technology as the automotive industry.
- Innovative solutions for the manufacture of site amenities, developed to fill the supply side gap in the industry.
- Proprietary Publicote™ Powder Coating System, designed by company co-owner Jerry Skalka, which allows us to apply a powder coating thickness that is 2-3 times thicker than the industry standard.
- Recycled plastics extrusion system using our patented solution for the prevention of warping and twisting.
- Welding robots, metalworking and steel fabrication systems, high pressure water-jet machine, and CNC machine—all computer operated and programmed to provide consistency and quality in the manufacturing process to meet or exceed the highest standards of comfort, ergonomics, resistance to vandalism, weather, and every day wear and tear in a public space, all while still blending with the unique aesthetics of your project.
While at the factory, you will also tour our Engineering and Graphic Arts departments, allowing you to meet firsthand the professionals behind the design and engineering of our custom tooling, fixtures, machinery, and products.
