Stay on top of sustainable landscaping trends at the Green Gardening workshop on October 21st! Learn strategies for responding to our changing environment through resilient landscapes.
Topics of interest to landscape architect and design professionals include:
- Nancy Rottle of the Green Future Lab at University of Washington on planning for our changing climate through new ways of designing urban landscapes.
- Dave Peterson of the U.S. Forest Service on translating the effects of climate variability from natural systems to urban landscapes and selecting proper plants that can accommodate climate change.
- A special session on managing stormwater from residential to large-scale developments.
