Site Workshop Landscape Architecture

Job Description

Based in Seattle, Site Workshop is a collaborative group of 20 landscape architects and designers with a diverse portfolio of work that emphasizes the public realm. Our projects range from parks and civic facilities, to private urban development and land planning, to healthcare and education. We work at every scale, from some of the largest developments in the Pacific Northwest to small, grant-funded community-based projects. We currently have an opening for a landscape architect with roughly five to ten years of project experience.

Job Requirements

The minimum requirements include: • degree in landscape architecture • thorough AutoCAD competence; bonus points for Revit • elegant approach to design documentation • solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite • project management experience working with multidisciplinary teams on urban development. We’re looking for someone who can work confidently in a loosely structured work environment, actively contribute to our collaborative design process, and represent our team with clients, design partners and community stakeholders.

Terms of Employment

This is a full-time, salaried position, with a pretty dang good benefits package that includes: • health insurance • retirement • profit-sharing • a professional development stipend.

How to Apply

You can learn more about us and our work at www.siteworkshop.net. If you’re interested in joining the team, please send a PDF package with a brief cover letter, resume and works samples to Matthew Wood at [email protected]. We prefer that you attach the file directly—don’t worry about the resolution by compressing the file; it will be fine. Please don’t send a link. If you’ve recently sent your materials, we will be sure to include them in our review process.
