Landscape Architect / DesignerCompany: Land MorphologySalary: $70,000 - $90,000 Annually commensurate with experience Land Morphology is seeking a Landscape Designer/Architect with four to seven years of professional experience to join our Seattle studio. This position involves contributing to a wide range of highly detailed projects, from private residential estates and public gardens to commercial and institutional landscapes. Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple phases of design and documentation while collaborating closely with principals, project managers, consultants, and fellow team members. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful and technically skilled designer with strong graphic and communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating crafted landscapes. We value designers who are self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing creativity with technical rigor. Responsibilities may include concept design, graphics production, design development, construction documentation, permitting coordination, detailing, planting design support, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Candidates should be comfortable contributing both independently and as part of a collaborative studio environment.
