Job Description

Hatton Godat Pantier is looking for an experienced individual with strong landscape architectural design and production skills that is interested in working in a team-oriented multi-disciplinary environment with excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.The position and compensation will be tailored to the applicant’s experience, education and licensure status. Active Washington State Landscape Architect’s license is preferred.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Landscape Architectural design.
• Experience with planting and irrigation system design in a variety of project applications.
• Experience in the production of preliminary design, design development, and final construction drawing packages for landscape architectural elements on a variety of project applications.
• Strong knowledge of ornamental and native plant taxonomy and ability to apply appropriate species and cultivars to project parameters.
• Knowledge of construction materials, stormwater concepts, site grading and development in a variety of project applications.
• Excellent graphic skills and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D platforms.
• Experience with landscape and site development cost estimation.
• Good organizational, communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, able to pass a background check and have a valid Washington State Driver’s license.
