Landscape Architect/Designer (5-10 yrs experience)

GCH is seeking a versatile, technical and design driven Landscape Architect/Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional office experience. Candidates must be organized, collaborative, and interested in working on a wide range of work types including local urban design work, regional planning, and international projects. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and should be prepared to work on projects through all phases of design and documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  •  Degree in landscape architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years office/firm experience. 

Job Requirements

  • Must be a creative problem solver, and have experience with site grading, site design, detailing, planting design, and construction administration.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible about schedule and tasks.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability and interest in exploring design 3-dimensionally; interest or experience with 3D rendering (Enscape/D5Render), Lumion, and SketchUp are highly beneficial.
  • BIM/Revit experience is of particular advantage.
