Salary: $85,000 - $98,000 Annually Commensurate with Experience

HBB Landscape Architecture is seeking an organized, proactive individual who is enthusiastic about their career growth within our fast-paced and team-oriented environment. New team members can expect to be involved in diverse projects types from planning level to construction documentation through construction. Your day-to-day work can include project design, graphic design and preparing presentations, conducting community outreach, site visits for projects around the Puget Sound region, development of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration. You have the exposure to, and some experience in managing projects, leading internal teams, and collaborating and coordinating work with multi-disciplinary teams throughout the development of projects, including clients and outside consultants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• A degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university.
• Holds or in progress of obtaining a landscape architecture license in Washington State
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a landscape architecture or multi-discipline office.
• Strong communication skills in presenting design ideas visually, verbally, and in writing.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment in developing site plans and construction drawings.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• You have exposure working on projects from conceptual design through final construction.
• Knowledgeable of local plant material and planting design.
• Experience with irrigation design.
• Construction administration experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suites.
• Experience in Rhino and familiarity with AutoDesk document management systems such as Forma or ProjectWise is a plus.
