Landscape Architect Project Manager 5-10 Years

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 Annually commensurate with experience

Dig Studio is seeking an experienced Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to join our small, tight-knit team in our Spokane office. This is a high-impact role: you will work closely with the office manager, contribute to a range of exciting projects, and help mentor and develop junior staff as we grow. We are looking for someone who brings confidence, experience, and craft to their work; someone who can hit the ground running and wants to have fun while working hard to deliver project excellence while we build the regional market.

Location: 108 N. Washington Street, Suite 412, Spokane, Washington 99201 Located the Historic Liberty Building in the heart of Downtown Spokane; right on the City Line Bus Route and just two blocks from Riverfront Park.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or Planning from an accredited program.
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of prior consulting experience in a professional landscape architecture, urban design, planning, or architecture setting.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other design professionals and deliver client-ready drawing packages and materials.
  • Strong production skills — quality conceptual/illustrative site plans, design sketches, 3D modeling, rendering, and diagram-based communication across project scales. • Willingness to support project managers in the development of full construction document sets.
  • Team-oriented and flexible, with a willingness to jump in where needed to support overall project and firm-wide goals.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with solid design judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with teams across multiple offices with virtual collaboration tools and a focus on regional work; experience in working across multiple offices will be viewed favorably.

Software Proficiency:

Required: AutoCAD, SketchUP, Google Earth Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator minimum), Hand Graphics Preferred: LandFX, Lumion or similar visualization tools, GIS, Revit, Rhino
