Job Description

Pacifica Landscapes, a Residential Design and Build company is seeking a new designer. We enjoy what we do, have fun doing it, and are constantly striving to develop new ideas in design, construction and in building a creative fulfilling practice.To work with u,s we need someone who can create innovative concepts within given parameters. Prepare plans, construction bids, change orders and other presentation documents. Request subcontractor bids and coordinate custom work. Conduct site visits for plant layout, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements

1. Demonstrated ability to use AutoCAD and other CAD programs e.g. SketchUp and facility with Microsoft Office.
2. Demonstrated abilities in site assessment and creative landscape design.
3. Degree in Landscape Architecture.
4. Prefer 3 years residential landscape design with examples of designs and list of references from clients.
5. Passion for landscape design and the environment.
6. Successful Applicant will demonstrate self-motivation, and a can-do attitude.
7. Successful Applicant will be a quick study, a creative problem solver, well organized and a personable team player with a professional appearance.
