Job Description
Hours: Full time
Location: Seattle
Compensation: Salary Range $45-60,000
Vehicle Allowance, Benefits Receive design brief, drive to residential sites in greater Seattle area to accurately measure and assess for potential landscape design and build projects. Create innovative design concepts within given parameters. Prepare plans, construction bids, change orders and other presentation documents. Request subcontractor bids and arrange deliveries. Conduct site visits for plant layout, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements
1) Demonstrated ability to use Auto-CAD and other CAD programs e.g. Sketch Up and facility with Microsoft Office.
2) Demonstrated abilities in site assessment and creative landscape design.
3) Degree in Landscape Architecture.
4) 3 years residential landscape design with examples of designs and references from clients.
5) Passion for landscape design and the environment.
6) Successful Applicant will demonstrate self-motivation, and a can do attitude.
7) Successful Applicant will be a quick study, a creative problem solver, well organized and a personable team player with a professional appearance.
