Join our team as a Landscape Designer/ Landscape Architect in our vibrant downtown Kirkland Land Development Group. Our projects include site planning, residential / mixed-use developments, retail, commercial, industrial and streetscape projects. You will participate in projects from the start, contributing to the concept shaping stages, to the end with final construction plans.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program
  • Full or Part-time Employment
  • 2-5 Years professional office experience
  • Technical experience with CAD drafting using AutoCAD
  • Ability to use ArcGIS would be beneficial•Demonstrated hand drawing ability & graphic communication (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp)
  • Knowledge of typical landscape materials & construction methods for construction detailing
  • Prepare design plans/construction documents with a firm understanding of site grading
  • Understanding of green stormwater infrastructure, raingardens, bioretention features
  • Experience with plant species typically used in ornamental/native planting plans for PNW and have the general concept of irrigation design
