Salary Range: $68,000-$78,000 depending on capabilities and relevant experience.

Site Workshop is seeking a full-time, early career landscape designer.We’re looking for a teammate with 2-5 years’ professional experience who can work confidently in our workshop environment, actively contribute to our collaborative design process, and proactively take advantage of opportunities to develop new skills, while growing as a leader in the profession.

Based in Seattle with a satellite office in Tacoma, Site Workshop is a collaborative group of landscape architects and designers with a diverse portfolio of work that emphasizes the public realm. Our projects range from parks and civic facilities to private urban development and land planning, to healthcare and education. We work at every scale, from some of the largest developments in the Pacific Northwest to small, grant-funded community-based projects.

The candidate will have confidence in their abilities to contribute to the success of projects, able to develop concept sketches, construction documents, project coordination, and outreach to subconsultants and vendors.

Minimum  Requirements:

  • Degree in landscape architecture
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in REVIT and Rhino is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality illustrative plans and perspective renderings.
    • Deep appreciation for design and a strong desire to grow within the profession.
