Why work for Site Workshop

Site Workshop is based in Seattle with a landscape architecture practice focused on making life better for communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our projects include parks and civic facilities, private urban development and land planning, and healthcare and education. We work at every scale, from some of the largest developments in the region to small, grant-funded community-based projects. For every project, we creatively integrate nature into the built environment in ways that promote biodiversity and well-being.

As a design firm, we believe that our most important product is the workshop. Our priority is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels engaged in their work and challenged to continue their professional growth. We also support people’s investment in their community and personal life. We want everyone on our team to feel like they can be both an excellent landscape architect and a thriving human being.
