We work with clients to create places that elevate the urban environment and enrich the everyday life of citizens.We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator who is skilled at both public and private marketing efforts, will assist in increasing our visibility, will provide market and client research, and will edit and create engaging copy with substance for our promotional materials.In this position, you will work closely with firm leadership and our existing Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the preparation of collateral materials, including qualifications packages, proposals, interview materials, award submittals, website content, brochures, advertising, print publications, market and client research, etc. Preparation includes brainstorming, editing, writing, formatting/layout, proofreading, and administrative production roles. Strong writing and editing skills are critical, including the ability to proofread and rewrite to clearly convey the firm’s messages and themes.You will also oversee our existing Marketing Coordinator’s daily activities and support our marketing efforts, by organizing and maintaining a variety of archived information (staff resumes, project descriptions, proposal boilerplate materials, client information, etc.). You work with staff members throughout the firm on various projects on an as-needed basis.You must be able to drive the completion of projects independently while collaborating with an internal team of principals, project managers, graphic designers, and other professional staff, ensuring that goals and deadlines are met. Job Requirements:

Qualifications
•A/E/C industry experience preferred
•Familiarity with industry terminology and delivery methods
•Minimum of five years experience within the marketing field
•Four-year degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related major, OR an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
•Excellent writing (including capabilities in spelling, grammar, and sentence structure), editing, and research skills
•Ability to adapt to a unique culture and express the firm’s identity•Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Adobe Photoshop skills
•A high level of organizational, sense of humor and interpersonal skills
•Grace under pressure since the work is frequently performed under rigid time constraints with a narrow margin for errors or delays
•Ability to oversee social media content distribution by PR staff members as a means of reinforcing the firm’s identity; platforms include Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and a blog.
•Experience with databases and systems to readily archive and retrieve information as well as facilitate producing high-quality documents
•A business development perspective, including researching market trends and expanding sectors and implementing firm initiatives
