Walker Macy is seeking a landscape architect or landscape designer with 4-8 years of professional experience for our Seattle, WA office to assist in the design and technical development of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the design and technical development of projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA)

Required Skills:

  • Strong sense of spatial design and experience developing design studies, strong graphic representation abilities, and experience producing design development or construction documents for medium or large-scale projects.
  • Self-motivated
  • Flexible, with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and an interest in working as a part of a team
  • Experience coordinating with other design and engineering consultants as well as landscape architectural teammates
  • AutoCAD or Revit*
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator*
  • Rhino*
  • LandFX
  • Interest in planting design
