Happy Thanksgiving everyone. As you may have seen in an email we sent out last week, the National ASLA Conference is not coming to Seattle in next year due to delays in the Convention Center construction. ASLA quickly located a new host in the Northern California Chapter, and the conference will be held in San Francisco November 4-7, 2022. SO, what does this mean for us? The Board is working hard to come with plans and budgets that respond to this monumental change. We’re planning on holding our state conference next fall somewhere in the Puget Sound area, likely in early October. I’m putting out a call for volunteers to help with conference planning. Contact any of the board members or email [email protected] if you are interested.
Our annual membership meeting is scheduled for December 16th. I invite you all to listen in and take part. Our Chapter relies on all our members’ participation, and it makes us a better organization.

Do you want to hear a recap on all the programs, events and services that your chapter has offered over the last year? Do you have an idea for a WASLA program or event?
Then join us for the 2021 Annual Membership Meeting! We will be opening up a call-in line from 12pm to 1pm for members of our chapter to listen in, ask questions, and provide comments to current chapter leadership. The meeting will be hosted on Zoom, call in information is below.

2021 WASLA Virtual Conference Access
It was so great to see many of you in Spokane in October for the WASLA conference! It was wonderful to gather in person and the conference was a huge success. Tremendous thanks also to the sponsors and exhibitors who traveled to be with us as well.
We are pleased to announce virtual access to the content is now available! You can register now for virtual-only access and earn up to 16 LA CES Credits. If you attended the conference in-person in October, your registration includes virtual conference access through December 31, 2021.
